Yes — every traveler**, including infants, requires:
- A separate passport (no entries in parent’s passport are accepted since 2023)
- A separate Umrah or e-Tourist visa
- Registration on the Nusuk app under a guardian’s account (free for under 18)
Pro tip: Infants (under 2) do not need Ihram, but still require visa/permit. We include infant visa processing in our documentation service — no extra fee beyond Saudi government cost.
Yes — and many pilgrims choose to do so for extra worship or family visits. Here’s how:
- For air packages: We can arrange hotel extensions (same or upgraded property) at preferential rates — even if your flight is fixed.
- For bus packages: Since the bus departs on a fixed schedule, you’d need to book a one-way drop-off in Makkah/Madinah and arrange your own return (flight or private transfer).
- All extensions require visa validity coverage — Umrah visas are typically 30–90 days, so check expiry.
Just inform us at least 72 hours before departure — we’ll coordinate with our partners in the Holy Cities.
As per updated Saudi Embassy guidelines (effective Jan 2025), Umrah visas from the UAE are not issued to applicants in the following occupational categories (per Emirates ID profession code):
- Labourers (e.g., general worker, cleaner, driver — unless employed by a government entity)
- Technicians in non-specialized roles (e.g., AC helper, painter)
- Certain domestic worker roles (maid, nanny, gardener)
Good news: These applicants can often use the e-Tourist visa route instead — and still perform Umrah. We verify your profession code before application to avoid rejection and refund delays.
Officially, no — the Saudi Ministry does not issue Umrah visas to applicants on UAE visit/tourist visas. However, if you hold a passport from a e-Visa eligible country (e.g., UK, USA, UAE, KSA GCC residents, Malaysia, etc.), you may:
- Apply for a Saudi e-Tourist Visa online directly (via visitsaudi.com)
- Enter Saudi Arabia, then book your Umrah slot via the Nusuk app
⚠️ Important: Your UAE visit visa must not be cancelled or expired during Saudi entry/exit. We do not assist with Umrah visa applications for visit visa holders — but we can advise on e-Tourist options.
Yes — as of 2025, holders of a valid Saudi e-Tourist Visa (single or multiple entry) are permitted to perform Umrah, provided:
- You enter Saudi Arabia via Jeddah (JED) or Madinah (MED) airports (not Riyadh or Dammam unless transiting)
- You complete the Nusuk app registration for Umrah permits (free of charge) before entering the Haram
- Your visit falls outside Hajj season (Ramadan is allowed; Dhul-Qi’dah & Dhul-Hijjah require caution)
This is an excellent option for UAE residents whose professions are not eligible for Umrah visas (e.g., certain manual labor categories). We help assess eligibility and guide you through Nusuk setup.
We monitor visa status daily and alert you early if delays occur. In case of rejection (rare, but possible for certain nationalities or professions), we offer:
- Full refund of visa fee
- Option to defer your package to a later date (no rescheduling fee)
- Assistance reapplying via e-Tourist visa route (if eligible)
Our 98% visa approval rate reflects our careful pre-screening process.
Yes — all passengers receive access to our free Umrah Preparation Sessions, available:
- In-person at our Dubai office (every Sunday)
- Via Zoom/Google Meet (recorded for replay)
- As downloadable PDF + audio dua’as (Arabic/English/Urdu)
Topics include: Ihram rules, Tawaf/Wuquf steps, common mistakes, dua’as for each rite, and etiquette in the Haram.
- Makkah (Saraya Al Misk / Kiswa Tower): 8–12 minutes walk to Al-Haram — flat, air-conditioned pathways.
- Madinah (Durath Al Amjad / Anwar Al Madinah): Directly opposite or within 5 minutes of Masjid an-Nabawi.
We prioritise proximity so you can rest between prayers and avoid long commutes during peak hours.
Breakfast is not included in the bus package. However, our guides help coordinate affordable, halal-certified breakfast options near the hotels — and we can pre-arrange group meals at reasonable rates upon request.
Yes — we regularly arrange female-only groups senior-friendly itineraries with reduced walking, priority seating, and medical support coordination. Just mention your preference when booking.
Unfortunately, Umrah visas are only issued to UAE residents holding a valid Emirates ID and residence visa. Visit visa holders may apply for a Saudi e-Tourist visa (if eligible by nationality) and perform Umrah — but this depends on Saudi regulations at the time of travel. We can check your eligibility — just share your passport nationality and visa type.
Price depending on Nationality. Call us for details
