Is it possible to do Umrah if I’m on a Dubai visit visa (not resident)?

Officially, no — the Saudi Ministry does not issue Umrah visas to applicants on UAE visit/tourist visas. However, if you hold a passport from a e-Visa eligible country (e.g., UK, USA, UAE, KSA GCC residents, Malaysia, etc.), you may:

  • Apply for a Saudi e-Tourist Visa online directly (via visitsaudi.com)
  • Enter Saudi Arabia, then book your Umrah slot via the Nusuk app

⚠️ Important: Your UAE visit visa must not be cancelled or expired during Saudi entry/exit. We do not assist with Umrah visa applications for visit visa holders — but we can advise on e-Tourist options.
