Yes — as of 2025, holders of a valid Saudi e-Tourist Visa (single or multiple entry) are permitted to perform Umrah, provided:

• You enter Saudi Arabia via Jeddah (JED) or Madinah (MED) airports (not Riyadh or Dammam unless transiting)
• You complete the Nusuk app registration for Umrah permits (free of charge) before entering the Haram
• Your visit falls outside Hajj season (Ramadan is allowed; Dhul-Qi’dah & Dhul-Hijjah require caution)
