Critical Note on Hotel Booking (Official Requirement):
The Belarus Embassy requires confirmed hotel accommodation for your entire stay — and the visa validity matches your hotel dates exactly.
Example: If you book a hotel for 10 days, your visa will be valid for 10 days only.
We’ve partnered with trusted hotels in Minsk and major cities to offer affordable, embassy-compliant bookings — just share your travel dates, and we’ll send a quotation within 2 hours.
Frequently Asked Questions (Belarus Visa – UAE Applicants)
1. Am I eligible for the Belarus e-Visa?
Most UAE residents are eligible — except nationals of Syria and most African countries (e.g., Nigeria, Ghana, Sudan, Pakistan). We’ll confirm your eligibility instantly—just share your passport nationality.
2. Why is hotel booking mandatory?
It’s a strict requirement from the Belarus Embassy for stamped visas — to ensure travelers have confirmed accommodation. The visa duration is tied directly to your hotel reservation length. We simplify this: book through us, and we ensure it meets embassy standards.
3. What is the ‘invitation letter’ and how do I get it?
The invitation (also called ‘visa support’) is issued by a Belarusian entity (tour operator, hotel, or individual). For tourism, it’s arranged by a licensed travel company in Belarus. We include this at no extra cost when you apply through us.
4. Can I apply if I’m on a UAE visit visa?
No. Applications must be submitted by holders of a valid UAE residence visa. Visit visa holders are not accepted at the embassy in UAE.
5. How long is the visa valid for?
For e-Visa: up to 30 days, single entry.
For stamped visa: exactly the number of days you book the hotel — e.g., 7-day stay = 7-day visa. Extensions are not possible.
6. Do I need travel insurance?
Not mandatory for the visa—but highly recommended. Medical care in Belarus can require upfront payment. A basic policy (~AED 70–120) covers emergencies and gives peace of mind.
7. Can I extend my visa in Belarus?
No. Both e-Visa and stamped visas are non-extendable. Plan your itinerary carefully and book accommodation for your full intended stay.
8. Is biometric submission required?
No — unlike Schengen or UK visas, Belarus does not require biometrics for UAE-based applicants. Submission is document-based (in person or via agent).
9. Can I transit through Belarus without a visa?
Yes — if you stay airside (within the airport) for under 24 hours and have a confirmed onward ticket. But if you wish to leave the airport (e.g., for a layover tour of Minsk), you’ll need a visa — even for a few hours.
10. Do you provide door-to-door service in Dubai/Abu Dhabi?
Yes! We offer free document collection and visa delivery across Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi. Just WhatsApp us your documents — we’ll handle the rest.
